Elizabeth has called her brother, "Thompiece," for a long time.....it was her first way of calling him by name. In the past few days she has started saying Thomas perfectly. Now she doesn't say Thompiece at all. David and I still say it.

Awwwwwww! :( How sad.
If I ever had kids, they'd never learn the proper way to pronounce words because I'd encourage the wrong way of saying things too much!!
My youngest sister used to say: hangabers for hamburgers and viteeums for vitamins and Ja for Julia. My niece used to say refrigalator, and camera was a cross between camera and grandma (cramera, maybe?), and umblella! I am so sad because she's learning the proper way to say things. "Rockabama is the president" was also cute. :)
Isn't it funny how your children "rub off on you?" (Always in the strangest ways!) I have cherished many "Asherisms", "Lillisms", and "Edenisms" over the years... my favorites are still "rockamole" for guacamole and "balana" for banana!
abby called eli 'ya ya' forever... it was a sad day when she started saying 'eli' ... they don't remember, but we have it on video... precious! how is the bedroom situation going?
Allison calles herself Allsisson. And now Doug is picking it up even though her could say it perfectly. I will be very sad when she stops, but she has some noemal artic issues that we might have it for a little longer. I really haven't worked on the teen numbers with her becaust eleventeen comes after 19 for her. I don't want eleventeen to go away! At least you and David can still have Thompiece!
